Another Blessed Day of My Life.

Nothing to do at home,activities are monotonous.For the whole of these week,all that i will be doing is acutally practicing mathematics,going for swimming training,and sleep.Nothing Else.Hoping that there will be a touch of fun this saturday if the party will be held that is.

Till CabalSEA comes out,i will have literally no games to play at all.Maplestory is actually a laxative of some sort;because minds are hardly used and activated throughout the period of gaming,you will soon fall into a deep sleep.Something like inducing sleep.Number One choice for those who love to waste time and think that time stops when you are playing Maple.And just as expected,when i logged into my priest acc,none of my BL was online.At least they had found out the meaning of life and quit this game which instigates stupidity to invade your mind.Btw,4th job would be out soon...for those who are at around 11x,just continue to train til 12x,since 4th job gives meaning to the game.

Bomber in Iraq kills 27 police recruits

BAGHDAD - A suicide bomber on a bicycle blew himself up Monday in a crowd of police recruits northeast of Baghdad, killing at least 27 people — most of them struck by iron balls packed with the explosives, police and hospital officials said.

The recruits in Baqouba were waiting to be allowed inside the camp for the day's training when the suicide bomber blew himself up in their midst, according to a police officer who spoke on condition of anonymity because he was not authorized to speak to the media.

The attack bore the hallmarks of al-Qaida in Iraq, whose militants have repeatedly targeted police and army recruits to discourage Iraqis from entering the country's nascent security forces.

Baqouba, 35 miles northeast of Baghdad, is the capital of Diyala province, where hundreds of Sunni Arab tribesmen and insurgents have in recent months joined the U.S. and Iraqi forces in the fight against al-Qaida. The U.S. military has been trying to extend the strategy to Shiite tribes in a bid to curb Shiite militia violence.

But the extremists have fought back.

On Sunday, 10 anti-al-Qaida tribal sheiks — seven Shiites and three Sunnis — from Diyala were kidnapped in the predominantly Shiite district of Shaab in Baghdad while driving home after a meeting with the government in the capital.

Police found the bullet-riddled body of one of the Sunni sheiks, Mishaan Hilan, about 50 yards away from where the ambush took place, an officer said, adding that the victim was identified after his mobile phone was found on him.

The U.S. military on Monday said a rogue Shiite militia leader was responsible.

A member of the Shiite Ambagyah tribe based east of Baqouba said seven of its members were among those abducted.

The kidnappers had made contact with the tribe and said they had offered to release the Shiites but the sheiks refused to leave without their two remaining Sunni colleagues because they feared it "would create more violence and revenge operations."

The tribal spokesman, who declined to be identified because of the sensitivity of the situation, said negotiations were under way to secure the release of all those abducted.

In southern Iraq, meanwhile, the U.S. military turned over security responsibilities to Iraqi authorities in the mainly Shiite province of Karbala, the eighth of the nation's 18 provinces to revert to Iraqi control.

Prime Minister Nouri al-Maliki said the southern province of Basra's security file would be transferred to the Iraqis in mid-December. The British-led forces overseeing the area already have begun drawing down and pulled back from the center of the provincial capital to the airport on the outskirts.

"This is the proof of the strong will and resolve of the good citizens of this nation," al-Maliki said at the handover ceremony in Karbala, 50 miles south of Baghdad. "The reconstruction of Iraq does not hinge on security alone, but security is the key to everything."

A 22-year-old Sunni man from Baqouba's central Tahrir area said he was among a group of some 60 recruits when the blast struck.

Akram Salman said it must have been an inside job because the suicide bomber apparently penetrated heavy security surrounding the police camp without being searched.

He said police failed to stop the bomber when he changed course suddenly from the main road toward the recruits.

"The police are infiltrated. Many people join the police but they have affiliations with al-Qaida. These infiltrators made it easy for the bomber to attack us," he said. "There are two main checkpoints on the main road leading to the camp, it would be impossible for a man on a bicycle to pass without being properly searched."

"Al-Qaida has threatened us before and prevented us from joining the police," he said. "They slaughtered many policemen, burned their houses, killed their families and blew up their headquarters. Now, when the people have defeated al-Qaida and cooperated with the government, al-Qaida staged this operation to show their presence and to give a message that they are still in control."

Mohammed al-Kirrawi, a doctor at the Baqouba general hospital, said most of the victims were struck by iron balls packed with the explosives to achieve maximum casualties. He said the hospital lacked the necessary equipment to save many of the wounded.

"Among the wounded, there are seven in critical conditions and there is little hope that they will survive," he said.

The abducted sheiks were returning to Diyala province after attending a meeting with the Shiite-dominated government's adviser for tribal affairs to discuss coordinating efforts against al-Qaida in Iraq when they were seized, police and a relative said.

The U.S. military, citing intelligence sources, said Arkan Hasnawi, a former brigade commander in the Mahdi Army militia, was responsible for the abductions.

Radical Shiite cleric Muqtada al-Sadr in August ordered his Mahdi Army fighters to lay down their arms for up to six months, but thousands of followers dissatisfied with being taken out of the fight have broken off to form their own groups that the military says are being funded and armed by Iran to foment violence. Iran denies the allegations.

The military said Hasnawi's actions clear demonstrate that he has violated the cease-fire order and "joined forces with Iranian-supported special groups that are rejecting Muqtada al-Sadr's direction to embrace fellow Iraqis."

A relative of one of the abducted Shiite sheiks blamed Sunni extremists and said the attackers picked a Shiite neighborhood to "create strife between Shiite and Sunni tribes that have united against al-Qaida in the area."

But, Jassim Zeidan al-Anbaqi said, "this will not happen."

Wont be posting for quite some time already...Cos the moment i stop working hard,my mind starts to ferment,and becomes vulnerable to junk.Yea,my mind's so filled and bothered with junk,only because it reagrds it as junk.Contradicting Right?Its just lies with our mentality.As long as we do not bother about it,it is absoulutely useless.The only reason why we get 'damaged' by any form of thoughts is because we develope an uneccessary reaction to something we cannot hurt us.Therefore,we are more likely at fault when our results detioriate compared to some other person who snide at us when our results are lousy.In the first place,as long as you have unfaltering conficence and determintion to succeed,their words would never have any grip over you.

YANGON, Myanmar - The top U.S. diplomat in Myanmar sat down for a rare meeting with a representative of the military government Friday, a day after the junta announced a conditional offer to meet with detained democracy activist Aung San Suu Kyi.

Acting Ambassador Shari Villarosa met with Deputy Foreign Minister Maung Myint in the remote jungle capital of Naypitaw, according to a senior embassy official speaking on condition of anonymity because he was not authorized to talk to the press.

Villarosa has been a vocal critic of the junta's brutal crackdown on pro-democracy protesters last week. She received word Thursday that she had been asked to meet with the military-led government, the State Department said in Washington. During her visit, she was expected to repeat the U.S. view that the regime must meet with democratic opposition groups and "stop the iron crackdown" on peaceful demonstrators, State Department spokesman Sean McCormack told reporters in Washington.

Hoping to deflect outrage over soldiers gunning down protesters, Myanmar's junta chief Senior Gen. Than Shwe announced that he was willing to talk with Suu Kyi, the democratic opposition leader — but only if she stops calling for international sanctions.

Than Shwe also insisted that Suu Kyi stop urging her countrymen to confront the military regime, state television and radio said in reporting on the conditions set by the junta leader during a meeting this week with a special U.N. envoy.

The surprise move appeared aimed at staving off economic sanctions, thereby keeping Myanmar's bountiful natural resources on world markets, while also pleasing giant neighbor China, which worries the unrest could cause problems for the 2008 Beijing Olympics.

Diplomats and opposition figures were skeptical that the offer was genuine but, nonetheless, expressed hope that the meeting with Suu Kyi — something she has requested for years — would materialize.

Many governments have urged stern U.N. Security Council action against Myanmar, but members China and Russia have ruled out any council action, saying the crisis does not threaten international peace and security.

"This issue does not belong to the Security Council," China's U.N. Ambassador Wang Guangya said Thursday. "These problems still, we believe, are basically internal."

State media in Myanmar gave new figures Thursday for the number of people arrested during last week's bloody assault by troops. The reports said nearly 2,100 people had been detained, with almost 700 already released.

The government has said 10 people were killed when security forces broke up the mass demonstrations, but dissident groups put the death toll at up to 200 and say 6,000 people were detained, including thousands of Buddhist monks who were leading the protests.

Life in Yangon was slowly returning to normal but security remained tight in downtown areas where protests were quashed last week. A half dozen military trucks were stationed near the Sule Pagoda, a flash point of the unrest.

The typically busy area around the city's famed Shwedagon Pagoda was eerily quiet, with residents avoiding the area outside the temple where Buddhist monks were beaten by soldiers.

Philippine Ambassador Noel Cabrera described the mood in the country as "quite dark, uncertain and depressed," noting that Myanmar remained cut off from the Internet and strategically placed troops were on standby.

Reaction to Than Shwe's offer of talks was mixed.

Thein Lwin, a spokesman for Suu Kyi's National League for Democracy party, scoffed at the general's conditions.

Suu Kyi "does not have confrontational attitude, nor does she encourage sanctions," he said. Asked if he was hopeful that she would accept the junta's terms for talks, he replied: "We'll have to wait and see."

Democracy activists living in exile in Thailand were also not very impressed by the offer.

"This is just PR ahead of the Security Council meeting," said Maung Maung, a member of a self-styled Myanmar government in exile in Bangkok.

"If they really want to talk, she needs to be released first so she has freedom of association and freedom of speech to engage in a dialogue," he told reporters.

Suu Kyi, who has spent nearly 12 of the last 18 years under house arrest, was awarded the 1991 Nobel Peace Prize for her democracy campaign. Her party won elections in 1990 but the junta refused to accept the results.

Myanmar has been ruled by the military since 1962. The current junta came to power after routing a 1988 pro-democracy uprising in bloodshed that killed at least 3,000 people.

A dose of dirt could be the best medicine for preventing allergies in kids who've never had them.
While avoiding excessive contact with germs can help prevent the spread of infections, going overboard with cleanliness could be at least partly responsible for an increase in allergies among children, mounting research suggests.

"We’ve developed a cleanlier lifestyle, and our bodies no longer need to fight germs as much as they did in the past," said Marc McMorris, a pediatric allergist at the University of Michigan Health System. "As a result, the immune system has shifted away from fighting infection to developing more allergic tendencies."

More than 50 percent of Americans ages 6 to 59 years are sensitive to at least one allergen, according to a national survey conducted from 1988 to 1994 by the National Institutes of Health. That's two to five times higher than rates found in a previous 1976 to 1980 survey.

Recent research has found evidence for the so-called hygiene hypothesis, which explains how more sterile environments can lead to higher rates of illness. For instance, scientists in Germany recently found children exposed to farm animals (and the associated bacteria and other microbes hiding out there) were about half as likely as other children to develop the autoimmune illness Crohn's disease.

More animal helpers

Allergies are a reaction by the body's immune system to foreign, yet generally innocuous, substances, including pollen, mold, animal dander, dust and certain foods that it deems harmful. If your immune system has never or rarely detected even the natural background level of such substances, it can go haywire when contact does occur.

"Allergies are on the rise because our society has changed the way we live," McMorris said, adding that "as a result, people with allergies are having children with others who have allergies, which in turn creates a natural increase in the prevalence of allergies in our society.”

In addition to exposure to farm animals, dogs and cats kept as pets could also help children avoid developing allergies. A study published in a 2002 issue of JAMA concluded that children living in a house with two or more dogs or cats during their first year of life were much less likely to develop allergic diseases compared with children raised without pets.

"Epidemiology would suggest if there are 10 cats in the homes, [kids] are less likely to develop allergies," said Bruce Bochner, director of the Division of Allergy and Clinical Immunology at Johns Hopkins School of Medicine.

More research is needed, however, to pin down exactly what's going on. Bochner said one flaw with these studies is that homes with pet-allergic kids are not likely to have lots of pets.

The dirty truth

From the constant use of anti-bacterial soap for dish- and hand-washing to air-tight seals around doors and windows, some modern homes have become shrines to hygiene. Add vaccinations and antibiotics to the mix and the body's immune system can get too much artificial reprieve from nature.

"The natural immune system does not have as much to do as it did 50 years ago, because we've increased our efforts to protect our children from dirt and germs," McMorris said in a statement released this month.

Plus, the atrophy of family size means children get exposed to fewer germs than the more kid-filled homes of yesteryear. Families with three or more children, a dynamic that was common decades ago, tend to have fewer allergies as they are exposed to more bacteria- and virus-harboring siblings, McMorris said.

The battle against bugs doesn't have to come to an end, but finding a balance between healthy living and clean living is a must, scientists advise, although Bochner notes the jury is still out on the over-exposure approach.

"We don't know at this point whether we should be exposing people to lots of allergens at an early age and get them tolerant [or not]," Bochner said in a telephone interview. "All we really know is once you become allergic, since exposure triggers symptoms, the best way to deal with that is to reduce your exposure."

McMorris says we've gone too far though with germ-avoidance.

"I don't think we should put kids in a bubble," McMorris told LiveScience. At the end of the day, he said, parents should just let kids be kids.

JAKARTA (AFP) - A massive 7.9-magnitude earthquake struck off the west coast of Indonesia's Sumatra island on Wednesday, toppling buildings and briefly triggering a tsunami alert across the Indian Ocean region.

There was no immediate word on the extent of casualties and damage, but there were reports of buildings toppled or cracked open from the force of the quake around 300 kilometres (185 miles) from the epicentre.

In the capital Jakarta 600 kilometres further south, high-rise towers wobbled, water sloshed from swimming pools and panicked office workers ran into the streets. Elsewhere, power was knocked out and phone lines went dead.

The huge quake -- anything over magnitude 7.0 is considered to have the possibility for massive damage and loss of life -- was felt in neighbouring Singapore, Malaysia and Thailand, where office buildings swayed and shook.

The US Pacific Tsunami Warning Centre said an alert was in effect for the entire Indian Ocean area including Indonesia, India, Sri Lanka, Thailand and the Maldives -- all affected by the devastating December 2004 Asian tsunami.

But the Indonesia meteorology agency later said the danger had passed.

The undersea quake erupted around 1100 GMT some 100 kilometres southwest of the city of Bengkulu at a depth of roughly 15 kilometres, the United States Geological Survey said.

"I saw some parts of houses crumbled to the ground but not huge damage. People ran out of their homes," said Ayu Claudia, a resident of Bengkulu in a brief conversation before the phone lines went down.

A reporter in the city from ElShinta radio said that patients at a maternity hospital were being shifted outside, and that the streets were clogged with people trying to flee to higher ground.

"People are currently in front of their houses ... The main streets are busy with vehicles, cars and motorcycles, heading to higher areas," she said before her phone was also cut.

Budi Darmawan, a policeman in the Indonesian town of Mukomuko on the west coast of Sumatra, said buildings three storeys and higher had collapsed and that tsunami warning sirens had failed to activate.

"Buildings of three floors or more are either fissured or collapsed," he told ElShinta radio.

He said police raced through the streets on motorcycles, warning residents to move quickly to higher ground.

"The lights are out. We cannot see anything," Slamet Purwanto, a resident in Bengkulu district, told the Detikcom online news agency.

Malaysia, Sri Lanka, the Maldives and India all issued separate tsunami warnings telling residents to move away from the Indian Ocean coastline.

Indonesia has endured repeated major quakes in recent years, including the 2004 quake that unleashed a tsunami across the Indian Ocean. It killed over 220,000 people in a dozen countries including some 168,000 in the Indonesian province of Aceh alone.

In May 2006, a quake rattled the country's main island of Java, killing more than 5,700 people and destroying some 300,000 homes. Two months later, another quake on Java killed more than 600.

In March yet another large quake hit Sumatra, killing more than 70 people, flattening buildings and displacing more than 1,700 people.

Indonesia, an archipelago of some 17,000 islands, sits on the so-called Pacific Ring of Fire, where continental plates meet -- and where earthquakes are a regular and often deadly occurrence.

Sakura has improved tremendously since the last naruto series.Its like this is the first time she was fighting fairly well?Anyway,Chiyo later used Sasori's very first puppets to stab him in disguise of a hug.Take note that Sasori seemed to be willing,as he hesistated for a while,so its something like he chose not to avoid it.Garaa was revived by Chiyo's life transferring technique which sacrificed her life.
Naruto is as impetuous as ever.Kakashi later used Mangekyo Sharingan on deidara's left arm.
Sasuke killed orochimaru.Actually orochimaru did not really died.When orochimaru wanted to use Sasuke as a host,he was already weakened and not really in the shape to fight Sasuke.Sasuke evetually made used of orochimaru's remains to imbue the 'snake' powers into him.Deidara proceeded to attacking Sasuke,as he had wanted to kill orochimaru.Sasuke's Sharingan gave him the upperhand over deidara.Deidara,on the other hand,had his left eye trained to deal with Sharingan and genjutsu since his previous battle with Itachi.
Deidara,in a last ditch effort to kill Sasuke,exploded himself.Of course,Sasuke managed to survive the attack,though the injuries he sustained are quite serious.
To be honest,sasuke looks like crap in the shippuden series.Thoughtout,Tobi,who was Madara Uchiha,the true leader of Akatsuki,just stood there.Maybe it wasnt just time for him to reveal his true powers.During his fight with Sasuke, Tobi shows the ability to recover from what are presumably debilitating or fatal blows. After being slashed across the midsection by Sasuke's sword, Tobi collapses, only to stand up again a few seconds later and complain about the speed of the attack.He was just toying with Sasuke,proving himself to be far more powerful.
